Application details cannot be changed after entry.

Participation by anyone other than the applicant (so-called substitute) is not permitted. If discovered, you will be disqualified.

The organizers will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur during the event, except for first aid. (Compensation will only be provided within the scope of the insurance purchased by the organizers.)

Please bring your health insurance card just in case. Please be mindful of your own health condition.

If the organizers determine during the event that there is an obstacle to continuing participation in the event, they may instruct you to discontinue participation in the event.

If cancellation is decided in advance due to a natural disaster, etc., we will refund the surplus amount after deducting expenses already incurred.

Please obtain permission from your family or guardian (if you are a minor) to participate in this event.

The organizers have the right to use and publish the videos and photos of event participants, as well as personal information such as names, genders, and records. Please note that this information may be used in newspapers, television, magazines, the Internet, pamphlets, etc.

In addition to the above application terms and conditions, you must also comply with any regulations set by the organizer and any instructions regarding event management.
